Domestic U.S. Shipping

We offer fully insured, complimentary 2-Day shipping for all U.S. purchases $5,000.00 and over. A signature will be needed for delivery as it is a high value item. Please make sure an adult (21 and over) is available to sign for it. Alternatively, you may choose to hold the package for pickup at a UPS location instead for no extra cost (though the holding center may charge you a small handling fee). Funds must clear into our account before we will ship your package out to you. Depending on your bank and method of payment, this can take anywhere from 1 - 5 business days after your order is placed. Before shipped out, all items receive final quality assurance and cleaning. If we are sizing a ring before we send it to you, shipping will be delayed by two to three days. Our concierge will keep you up to date on your order status, and you can always contact us.

US Overnight Shipping

If you would like to expedite shipping, you can select 'overnight shipping' at checkout (US Customers only) for an additional fee of $50. Overnight Saturday delivery is an additional $100 (please contact our concierge so we can arrange a Saturday delivery option for you). Due to insurance requirements, packages are only delivered Monday through Friday unless otherwise arranged with our concierge. If you DO select "overnight shipping", depending on when your order is placed, we are sometimes able to ship the same day for next day delivery. Please note that selecting overnight shipping does not guarantee that your package will arrive the next day.

Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly accept returns for a full refund (less shipping and sizing fees) within 7 days from the date you received your package. Items can be exchanged for store credit for up to 30 days. A returned or exchanged item may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion. Please note that rings that need to be sized up or down 2 sizes or more will be final sale not eligible for return or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any international orders. 


Contact us at 1-213-612-4333 or concierge@trumpetandhorn.com so that we can send you a fully insured shipping label. All items must be packed safely and securely with the original boxes, certifications, and any paperwork that it came with. Once we receive the jewelry, we will check the condition of the item (the item must be in original condition or it will be subject to a restocking fee), and we will issue a refund or store credit within 5 days of receipt. 

Any custom purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, rings paid for on layaway are not eligible for return and can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

Damage

Each Trumpet & Horn ring is photographed and documented before we ship it to you and is packed with the utmost care to ensure a safe, damage-free delivery. If there is any damage to your ring when you receive it, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Returning a package to Trumpet & Horn

If you need to return an item to Trumpet & Horn for a full-refund, website credit, or ring sizing, there are several steps you should follow to make sure your package is fully insured. To obtain an insured UPS return label, please email us. Your return label will be e-mailed to you, which you should print out to use on your return shipment. Please make sure to double box your shipment. To do this:

  1. Place your jewelry inside its original Trumpet & Horn packaging.
  2. Place the ring/jewelry box inside a small or medium UPS box with padding (so it doesn’t move around if shaken). Seal the inner box. 
  3. Place the small UPS box inside a medium or large UPS box and seal it. Affix the prepaid UPS label to the outside of the larger box and drop it off at any UPS location. 
  4. Please obtain a UPS receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped. This receipt will act as your proof of insurance.
  5. Send us an email so we know to expect a delivery!

International Orders

For all international customers, packages are shipped fully insured via FedEx at a flat rate of $150. Please note, international customers will be subject to any taxes or import duties. You can contact your local FedEx office for an estimate of what (if any) taxes you will be responsible for at pickup. Due to customs regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders. All international orders are final sale. If you need a repair on an international order, please contact us and we will try to refer you to a trusted jeweler in your area.

 

Where We Ship

We ship to addresses within the United States, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and many European countries but cannot ship to any P.O. box. All purchases placed through our website with a credit card are shipped only to the address registered with the credit card company, but please contact our concierge if you would like your package delivered to a different address and we will discuss your options. If there will not be an adult present at your address to sign for the package, contact us about arranging for pickup at a local UPS Customer Center! All of our international packages ship via FedEx.

Due to a lack of insurance coverage with our shipping company, below is a list of countries and continents that we are not able to ship to. We are terribly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
